Lamont Ewell, the new Santa Monica City Manager, was the special feature speaker during the Santa Monica Kiwanis Luncheon at the Santa Monica Family YMCA. on Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Ron Davis, Kiwanis President Elect, hold a bed pan up as Ewell picks out the winning name for the raffle Prize. This weeks raffle winner was Bill Dawson.
