The California Army National Guard - Team Los Angeles run two miles during their yearly diagnostic Physical Training (PT) test on Tuesday, October 3, 2006 at Santa Monica Beach. Sergeant Ken McCreary performs 58 sit-ups during the two minute test while Sergeant First Class David Ramirez, holds down his legs. The test is composed of three parts: a 2 mile run, a push-up test and a sit-up test. Stretching fallows.
