Christmas came early in Santa Monica: The Santa Monica Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary held its annual Christmas in September Fashion Show-Luncheon on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006 at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel in Santa Monica. The event benefits programs for children of needy families. The money raised will aid the distribution of new toys during the holiday season.The fashion show featured new fall fashions for men, women and children from Robinsons May and Macy’s. The apparel was modeled by representatives from local community organizations.
