On Wednesday March 5, 2006, past Kiwanis Presidents, Ronald Hallal (left to right) , Jeff Segal and Merlyn Raco (the current Kiwanis president), induct their newest member into the club, Shirley Strom, the Development Director of the Santa Monica Red cross, at the Santa Monica family YMCA during their weekly luncheon.
