After 27 years of service to the Santa Monica Family YMCA, James Casalor announced his retirement on Monday during the monthly YMCA board meeting. Tara Pomposini, the YMCA general director awards Casalor with a special plaque honoring him for his  exceptional service dedication an commitment to the Family YMCA of Santa Monica. He is well loved and will be missed by all the members and staff of the Santa Monica Family YMCA. Casalor is an avid weightlifter, playes on a  baseball league and  enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Preschoolers from the YMCA Child Development Center performed during the Santa Monica Family YMCA Holiday-themed board meeting that was held on Monday at the YMCA.
