Brian Hunt, 50,  who hails from Washington state, scavenges the shoreline using his submergible metal detector on Thursday, October 19, 2006,  during his week-long vacation traveling down the west coast. So far Hunt found two diamond rings along the way. "If you find something, it probably will be good," he said.
