(1) Sean McPherson flies a stunt kite while Justin Harbison (left) and Steve Griffith look on.  All three are 29 and former elementary school friends from Twin Cities - Minnesota, who haven't seen each for more than  18 years, reunite at Santa Monica Beach on Saturday, Jan, 20, 2007 after learning that they live only five miles apart from one-another. (2)  Sean McPherson helps to launch the  kite. (3) Steve Griffith flies his foil stunt kite.

Mr. Liberty

Michael Wainwright, 34, AKA 'Mr. Liberty' a resident of the Claire Foundation, makes a few extra bucks promoting Liberty Tax Service on Thursday at the corner of Lincoln Blvd. and Pico Ave. Wainwright gets $50.00 a day for his work and  lunch is also provided.  Liberty Tax Service just moved into the building that housed Tokyo Massage.
