Eighth grader Kirra Kehoe, 13, (aka Shirley Good) practices paddleboarding at Santa Monica beach on Thursday, July 12, 2007 while training for the upcoming 2007 National Lifeguard Championships which will be staged at Myrtle Beach - South Carolina in August. Kehoe began competing when she was eight years old but started surfing as an infant with her father Sean Kehoe who would take her out with him. She is a four-time national surfing champion. Kehoe is also a singer-song writer, actress and model.
