Rabbi Isac Levitansky lights up the menorah at the Santa Monica Place on Monday.

 On Monday, Rabbis  Isac Levitansky (right) and Yossi Wolosow, from the Chabad House, light up the menorah atop of  the Police sub station located at the Santa Monica Pier. This celebrates the second night of Chanukah.
